Carbonara spaghetti
Ingredients for 6
persons:
-
500 grams of
spaghetti,
-
150 grams of
bacon,
-
6 spoons of
olive oil,
-
salt
-
pepper grains to chop during the cooking,
-
¼ of onion
-
5 yolks of egg
-
Roman pecorino
cheese.
Preparation:
boil
water, fill up the pot because spaghetti needs more water than a
normal kind of pasta.
while
water is boiling, fry a little bit of oil with onion and bacon in a
deep frying pan. When the Onion is becoming gilded, add pepper and
then drop away the pan from the fire.
When
the spaghetti are cooked, Drain them and put in the pan. Put another
time the pan on the fire.
Put in
the Pan what you have fried and add yolk of eggs, then put all in
the plate.
Dust on
the plate pecorino cheese.
