Potato with whipped cream
Ingredients for 6 persons:

1 kilo of potato,
-
50 grams of butter,
-
1/2 liter of cream,
-
curry.
Preparations:
Boil potatoes, peel and cut the into pieces, put in
a pan and warm them, add salt, pepper and melted butter.
As soon as they are going to be gilded , add cream
to cover them totally. Remove them when the cream is boiling.
Finally dust on curry.
