COOKING AND SURROUNDINGS

Parmisan eggplants

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 3 eggplants,
  • 200 grams of mozzarella cheese,
  • 500 grams of tomato,
  • 70 grams of grated parmisan,
  • oil

 

Preparation:

cut the eggplant in slices for his lenght.

During this operation make a soup egg flour and leaven of beer, Then dip in this soup the eggplants and  fry it.

Meanwhile make a tomato soup and cook it until restrict it.

when everything is ready take an oven case, make  many layers of eggplants, soup, mozzarella cheese and parmisan,  until you finish the ingredients

 Warm in oven until forming a gilded crust
