CRAWFISHES WITH GRAPPA
Ingredients:

some
crawfishes,
-
garlic,
-
young
grappa,
-
parsley,
-
salt,
-
lemon.
Execution:
In a fry pen very
quickly fry the crawfishes with a little quantity of olive oil, some garlic, the
juice of half a lemon, salt. Once done remove the pen from the fire, spread on
the cooked fishes a little grappa and the parsley in pieces. While
serving singe them and wait until the flame goes out.
