Tomatoes stuffed with tuna
Ingredients for 6 persons:
Preparation:
Cut half the tomatoes, remove the internal part.
Chop the tuna with egg and combine it with
mayonnaise. Melt everything and then put it inside the tomatoes.
Finnaly decorate the tomatoes with capers.
Put all of them at the bottom of the plate and lay up
carefully the other half of the tomatoes.
